Training & Development Manager

Do you have what it takes to make Mosaic the key ingredient to our F&B clients’ success? The Training & Development Manager is someone who is a leader, self-sufficient and able to effectively coordinate contributions and deliverables from teams in different functional areas.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Project management

Oversee training and development staff and clients

Assess employees’ and client needs for training

Align training with the organization’s goals

Create and manage training budgets

Develop and implement training programs

Review and select training platforms from a variety of vendors

Update training programs to ensure that they are relevant

Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors

Process and Management

Supervise a staff of training and development specialists and instructors
- However, more time will be spent “doing” than “managing” at first
- Team could grow to include instructional designers and program developers, in addition to other instructors

Work collaboratively with other departments to identify training needs

Work with top executives and financial managers to identify and match training priorities with overallbusiness goals

Key Result Areas and Performance Indicators (KRA’s & KPI’s)

High-level quality of work

Up-to-date processes and knowledgebase

Regular reporting provided to clients – external and internal

Initiatives, projects, and transitions delivered to expectations

Excellent new customer experience

What You Offer the Team:

Education and Experience

Graduate of any bachelor's degree course or equivalent experience

At least 2 years experience managing training and/or implementing clients

Experience in the creation and design of end-to-end processes or training programs

Experience in dealing with hospitality companies is a plus, but not required

Experience in directing software training is a must

System and Application Knowledge

Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Experience with using project management tools and communications tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)

Communications Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must

Proficiency with the English language a must.
