Your Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced Software Engineer to play a critical role in further scaling and developing our restaurant platform which has already processed over 6.7 billion pesos in sales to date.

• Design intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to understand users, translating understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development

• Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results

• Plan and execute user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

• Plan and implement new designs; optimize existing user interface designs

• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

• Create prototypes for new product ideas

• Test new ideas before implementing

• Conduct ongoing user research to test for intuitiveness of product and overall user experience

What You Offer the Team:

• At least three years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role

• Demonstrated ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect that to a broader product vision

• Fluency in one or more design tools (e.g., Proto.io, Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe CC)

• Experience with designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms: for responsive web as well as native mobile apps

• Experience in strategizing and executing UX research, with expertise in experience and journey mapping

• Proactive with capacity to balance multiple projects at once

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things

• Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships across the organization

• UI design portfolio; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Ability to discuss and explain design options

• Detail oriented; critical thinker

• Problem solver and customer-centric

• At least three years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3

• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction

• Experience working with project management software is a plus
