Sales Support Specialist
Headquartered in the Philippines, Mosaic is on a mission to drive Southeast Asia’s Food and Beverage (F&B) sector into the digital future. With over 1,000 outlets under contract across the Philippines, and other SE Asia locations to follow, we help restaurants and retailers maximize their profits by building up their business through a state-of-the-art restaurant platform, bridging together point-of-sale, purchasing, and data analytics. We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to play a critical role in further scaling our company by helping grow the client base by 20x over the next year!
In this position, you will:
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and process those that are determined to be sales qualified leads
- Work with company’s and partners’ pre-sales teams to develop solutions to meet client requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations and other sales collateral when needed
- Manage follow-up communications with new clients related to sales documents, such as proposals and
- Put together accreditation and other client requirements
- Prepare contracts, review client contracts and ensure all client contracts/proposals are signed
- Prepare timely reports to management and clients
- Maintain updated and accurate files and records
- Work with company’s internal and external partners to drive sales and explore new revenue streams
- Work with the management team to develop plans and initiatives for sales, brand recognition and growth
