Your Role and Responsibilities:

Accurate and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording

Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation and to provided template 

Perform online research to complete data analysis 

Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives

Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines

Support other cross-functional teams, as needed 

What You Offer the Team:

Education and Experience

At least one year of relevant work experience, including experience using MS Excel

Experience with inventory management systems and/or hospitality is an advantage

Working expertise in data entry, data mining and data analysis is a plus

Excellent attention to details and place high value on accuracy of data

Experience in handling sensitive business information

Graduate of a four-year course.  Additional computer training or certification is an advantage

Skills, Traits and Competencies

Energetic, customer-oriented personality with a friendly can-do attitude

Ability to build deep product knowledge and understand customer needs

Overall strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great written and spoken English is a must to engage with our team and customers

A strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels

Strong demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills

System and Application Knowledge

Extensive knowledge in Excel is preferred

Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint 

Experience in Cloud drives is an advantage

Understanding inventory systems, purchasing systems, POS and/or analytics dashboards/platforms is an advantage

Communications Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must

Proficiency with the English language a must.
