We're looking for a Financial Controller who can improve financial and strategic decision making across the company through driving the development of the financial operations strategy, reporting and risk management functions of the company. The position reports to the CFO.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the financial close process and preparation of financial statements and financial reporting in accordance with Philippines, Singapore and International Accounting Standards and best business practices while meeting reporting deadlines.
Manage an accounting staff and assist with training and monitoring performance issues. Reviews staff projects to ensure work accuracy and departmental deadlines are achieved
Manage all Accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL
Develop management reporting, analysis and commentary that provides senior leaders with timely insights into trends, operational results, growth and cost drivers
Create annual, quarterly and monthly budgets via tops-down and bottoms-up budgeting process, working closely with CEO and other senior management to do so
Create monthly and quarterly reporting for shareholders and Board
Develop and implement effective systems, KPI and performance dashboards, accounting policies and financial controls which maintain the integrity of all financial transactions and reporting of the company
Help to build culture of efficient controls for scalability, revenue assurance and compliance while driving improvements in process and automation in the accounting organization as the business scales
Develop positive relationships with the business functions with the goal of being a valued business advisor
Perform and oversee treasury duties such as monitoring cash balances and forecasts and FX positions and exposure
Manage the annual external audit process
Oversee billing activities to ensure proper revenue recognition and accurate and timely invoicing and collections
Ensure the company maintains regulatory compliance with all corporate income and sales tax requirements.
Ability to manage international tax optimization strategy is a plus
Identify and review all material contracts for financial impact and appropriate tax and accounting treatment

5+ years accounting experience, including experience as a prior Financial Controller (or similar senior F&A role)
Must be CPA
Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong financial and accounting teams. You know how to lead through change and are motivated by the challenge of a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of accounting standards
Software industry and international experience highly valued
Xero competency a must. Strong Excel skills required
Experience with HubSpot a plus
