Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to play a critical role in further scaling and developing our restaurant platform which has already processed over 5 billion pesos in sales to date.

In this position, you will:

Develop long-term, productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Represent the company on the front line and deliver professional client experience.

Coordinate and collaborate with the Director of Client Relations and Manager of Client Services

Establish the bond necessary to proactively care for client needs

Identify requirements and maximise Sales opportunities

Help clients solve issues, ranging from support, service to billing.

Your Key Result Areas and Performance Indicators (KRA’s & KPI’s)

Maintain regular and productive communication cadence with assigned clients

Communication: weekly casual-social/monthly business checks /Quarterly Business Reviews

Provide regular and immediate feedback to appropriate departments (ex. Service & Support)

Anticipate client needs with existing services and identify the need for new services

Proactively and creatively solve problems – get to know your clients well!

Do you have the right ingredients?

Education and Experience

Graduate of any bachelor's degree course or equivalent experience

At least 5 years’ experience with Client Relations and/or implementing clients

Experience in dealing with hospitality companies is a plus, but not required

Experience working with technology/SaaS companies is a plus

Energetic, client-oriented personality with a friendly can-do attitude

System and Application Knowledge

Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Zoom, HubSpot, ClickUp or other Client/Project Management Tools

Communications Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills a must

Proficiency with the English language a must
