Director of Marketing
The Direct of Marketing will oversee and lead all marketing efforts at Mosaic Solutions. They will develop a marketing plan and secure support to execute the plan. The marketing team consists of the Director, a senior consultant and outsourced agencies. As the marketing efforts grow, the director will build a team of FTEs.
This person should have brand management, digital management, and content planning experience. They should be capable of overseeing and executing the marketing plan. Experience with SEO, blog, website, social, digital advertising, brand development, creative direction required for this person to lead marketing. This person will need to help develop messaging and copy for a technology brand and understand the restaurant software that Mosaic develops. This role will help the sales team create sales materials and drive lead generation.
This role requires someone who can be strategic and build a plan around business objectives. Someone who can drive resources to execute that plan. And someone who can also do the day-to-day tactics required for marketing execution.
In this position, you will:
- Lead Marketing Strategy and create marketing plan
- Manage brand and approve all brand designs
- Develop marketing messaging for company and products and lead copywriting (outsourced)
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing execution including all outsourced agencies
- Work with third party agencies who manage the day to day lead gen and social efforts
- Review and approve content calendars, social posts and blog posts
- Oversee company website, refresh content, manage SEO, check functionality and security. Manage the third party vendor that designs and develops the website
- Develop marketing content and assets from graphics to video (using agencies and freelancers)
- Develop email newsletters and send via Hubspot
- Manage company event sponsorship
- Support Public Relation efforts
- Help with company PowerPoint presentations in terms of design and layout
- Use Hubspot for email campaigns, workflows, social posts, reporting, etc.
- Own and manage marketing budget
Do you have the right ingredients?
- 15 years marketing experience, B2B and technology marketing a plus.
- 5+ years experience leading agencies and smaller teams
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platform
- Experience with brand management and creation of content aligned with brand
- Experience managing contacts, workflows, blog sites in Hubspot and WordPress
- Able to work independently
- Confident to work directly with the CEO
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Strong MS Office skills especially Powerpoint
